“I had a great experience at Waterfront Optics and the ladies in the office are both efficient and kind! I was having an issue with one of my contacts and stopped in here, hoping they could help. Mantie at the front was kind enough to help me figure out the issue with my contact and provide me with the help I needed. “I recently took my family to there for eye exams, and we had a fantastic experience! All the staff were incredibly nice and professional. They paid great attention to detail and were very patient with our needs. Dr. Lee was exceptional in explaining all of my eye issues in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. It made the whole process much less daunting. My child also enjoyed the eye check-up, which speaks volumes about the welcoming atmosphere they create.
