“The doctor's office here has been fantastic but the dental side of the clinic I would not use again. I took my kids in for dental checkups and x-rays and they took each of them back and didn't let me into the room because I had my other kids with me and it would be too much. They should have told me this in advance. No doctor should ever be taking a child into an office without a parent present and we were very uncomfortable with the situation. We have since found alternate dental Care and will continue using the medical side of the office as we do love the staff and receptionist there.”Read moreShow less

“New to the area , looking for family doctor . Went for a meet and greet with a family doctor . Told to go for blood work and then the doctor would decide if I could be a patient . In my opinion they're screening new patients . They're lucky there isn't an abundance of family doctors and patients were screening doctors because they'd be out of business .”Read moreShow less

“If I could give this office 10 stars, I’d still be not giving it justice. I am a tough customer - I’ll admit, but the office of Dr. Millar-Book is AMAZING! Lindsay & Shawna (I hope I spelt their names right) are incredible. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I have never had an issue to get in quickly to see Dr. MB. As for Dr. MB, she is a smart, caring, fantastic doctor. I’m very privileged to have her as my doctor. Anyone who is thinking of making the switch to have her doctor, your doctor, you’re making the right choice. If you have something bad to say about her or the office, or didn’t rate her at five stars, I would kindly say that you should go to another office, and I promise you that you’re gonna see that you had it made.”Read moreShow less

“Today was my first time going to a new dentist in 35 years and I was sceptical about seeing a new dentist. Dr. Al-Rais was so nice and very competent she put me right at ease and explained everything that was going to happen. Her staff from the her assistant to the receptionist were so nice and sympathetic. I am so happy to have found a new dentist that I can trust. “This is purely in regards to the dental office, 2 Stars is only because the secretary's are fantastic, very nice, the dentist however ruined my teeth. 5 Months after getting surface cavities filled (upper mouth molars on left and right side) one half of my mouth is still in pain and the other side the bite is off causing one tooth to make contact before the others causing a fair amount of discomfort. I went back in hoping for at least an adjustment and to try and determine why the one side was still hurting and to get the bite adjusted and was charged $125 and neither was resolved despite the dentist making multiple attempts and drilling teeth that were not even worked on.”Read moreShow less

“I've been a dental patient at the Health Center for some time now and find that all the dental staff are very competent and the work I have had done was of high professional standards. The receptionist has always been very accomadating when I have had to rebook an appointment. She has gone out of her way to provide me with organized information regarding my treatment plan. I have always felt welcomed in the office have and I've noticed they treat all of their patients with respect.”Read moreShow less

“I had a root canal done at the Waterford Family Health Center today and I could not be happier. The doctors, hygienists and front line reception provide such wonderful heart-felt care and friendliness that is second to none. Everything is explained in detail before the procedures and the dental work is outstanding. I am so lucky to be a part of this amazing dental team. I wish I could them give 6 stars.
