“Here's a polished version of your review: My first visit today, and I was extremely impressed. From the moment I walked through the door to scheduling my follow-up appointment on the way out, everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. The initial assessment was very thorough, taking the time to properly identify the source of my pain and discuss a treatment plan. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-equipped with a wide variety of machines and exercise equipment. I have already scheduled my next appointment, and the direct billing to my benefits provider is an added bonus and greatly appreciated. “Very kind and welcoming staff at waterdown physiotherapy. I was treated by Khizar who understood the pain I was facing in my knee and laid out a detailed plan for the treatment. “Trupti was incredible I've had many bouts of physiotherapy with injuries due to horseback riding gymnastics and martial arts in my life and within the second appointment my lower disc pain had subsided substantially. “My experience with Waterdown Physiotherapy has been great ! The staff is very friendly and helpful, its a very clean and bright facility and a very welcoming environment! I had a full hip replacement, my physiotherapist is Trupti and she’s wonderful. Leading up to my operation I lost a lot of strength and mobility in my left leg, with Trupti’s help and encouragement I gained back more mobility, strength, flexibility and confidence than I had even before my injury and I couldn’t be more grateful! “Khizar was our physiotherapist and he was incredible. My daughter ‘cracked’ her ankle (that’s what the doctor described it as) on New Year’s Day. After talking to a doctor she started physiotherapy early February. Khizar was professional and patient. My daughter was originally a bit nervous to start physiotherapy but after two sessions she was completely eased in, she was even excited for physiotherapy. All the staff there are amazing people and were fun to talk to in general, the two college students there were very helpful and friendly, and very professional as well.
