When you give us 72 hours notice, you will not be charged for your cancellation or changes to your appointment.
Clients who provide less than 72 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the appointment fee. Clients cancelling within 24 hours or who miss their appointment altogether, will be charged a full session fee to the card on file. We reserve your session time for you, but cannot provide you with quality care if you miss more than half the allotted session time. For this reason, your session will be considered cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late.
About the clinic
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could be filled by another client.

“Women in Dentistry was fortunate to host Erin Wasson this past fall, and she was truly amazing. Erin blended meaningful verbal content with practical, take‑home activities that made the topic of boundaries feel manageable and broken down into bite‑size pieces. “Erin has a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of people. She came to speak to our team about veterinary mental health and to give practical tools for common stressors we often see in our workplace. Erin quickly formed a positive rapport with each of the 17 people present. After she left our staff were all hopeful we would meet with her again and even those that were unsure before the presentation felt that it was a very beneficial use of our time and that they were able to learn lots of practical tools to help in day to day practice.
