“I need 2 sets of stars. 5 stars for the staff. Very nice. 1 star for their anti scratch on lenses. I got two pair. Scratched terribly. Both. Replaced one pair Under warranty but just as bad. Both pair are nearly unwearable and only get 1 replacement within first year. I went back to my previous glasses that I wore for over 2 years without a scratch on them. I haven’t changed how I clean them. Always the cloths supplied by them. Been wearing glasses for 50 yrs. Never had such terrible lenses. My husband and friend has same issue with theirs. They must have changed something in regards to the anti scratch. Will not go back to there again.”Read moreShow less

“It would not fair to the staff because they were kind and professional but the doctor I saw was shockingly rude. During the eye exam, I simply asked if it was possible to keep the same prescription as my current glasses. Instead of answering respectfully, the doctor abruptly said, “Go find another doctor,” and then opened the door and told me to leave. I was completely shocked. I didn’t even get a chance to explain that I already have a pair of glasses with the updated prescription at home, but they make my eyes feel strained. I was more comfortable with my old ones, and I just wanted to ask for advice. Even if the doctor didn’t agree with my request, I expected at least a respectful response — not to be treated so rudely.”Read moreShow less
