We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel /change your appointment otherwise you will be charged for the full price of the treatment. A credit card is required for all client booking . You will be charged if cancellations/changes are made within 24 hours of the appointment or if you do not show up for your appointment.

“Well, that was delightful. Krystal has created a warm, comfortable home-based studio with dedicated client parking that's easy to find. Her treatment space is well organized, relaxing, and immediately puts you at ease. The intake for my first session was thorough and thoughtful, and the massage itself was exactly what I needed. A funny little bonus: she had an '80s and '90s acoustic hits playlist on in the background, which had me smiling even while I was breathing through the discomfort of a perfectly targeted massage. I'll definitely be back. It's so nice having such a skilled professional right here in the neighbourhood—no need to drive downtown.”
