“We visited Wade Abbott Dentistry several times with our 5-year-old son because he was experiencing tooth pain. Although he underwent multiple appointments, the tooth that originally brought us to the clinic remained untreated. After the first procedure, I noticed a cut below my son's lower lip. When I reported it, I was told it could not have happened during the procedure. At a later visit, despite receiving medication beforehand, nitrous oxide, and local anesthesia, the procedure started shortly after the injection. My son screamed in pain, cried continuously, vomited multiple times, and remained extremely distressed while the procedure continued. I was also concerned by the amount of force used while fitting the crown and by the way multiple crowns were repeatedly tried and placed back into a container while different sizes were being selected. After this experience, we lost confidence in continuing care with the same doctor and requested a referral to the Janeway dental team instead. We later cancelled all upcoming appointments for our family. I would like to thank the reception staff, who were always kind and helpful. However, after cancelling our appointments, I unexpectedly received a bill, even though I had specifically asked the nurse on the procedure day whether there was anything to pay and was told nothing was owing. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this clinic for pediatric dental care.”

“Amazing experience once again. I started bringing my daughter there was she was 12 weeks old to have her lip tie cut. After a wonderful experience I started taking her for her regular checkups. Dr chaytor is amazing with baby’s for first check ups and as a child dentist . My daughter hit her face and chipped her tooth and they got me in that day just to check on her. I have nothing but amazing things to say”

“I'am guilty of neglecting to take care of my teeth in a proper manner. This has led to one tooth being pulled, teeth cleaning and a root canal. I turn to Wade Abbott dentistry and associates to fix all my problems and get me on a better path to taking care of my teeth. Their professionalism and courtesy stood out in my mind. I found their facilities top notch and modern in design. The best part of the whole experience is that they are very affordable. They price the dental work by the Canadian government guidelines for dentistry. I only had to pay 20% of that price which I thought was very good! I found the staff very knowledgeable and forthcoming with answers to my questions. I can't say enough of good things about the whole experience and certainly I will be returning in the future for further dental care as needed.”

The entire place is immaculate, hands down best dental clinic I’ve been to and Correna is the best hygienist I’ve ever had . Can’t wait to go back !”

“I had my first filling done yesterday by Dr. Kieaw where she and her assistant Hope made me feel super comfortable. Even working in the dental industry, having assisted, I still suffer from my own dental anxiety and I like to joke alot to ease my mind but they definitely tapped into the fact I was still nervous and they both made me feel so comfortable during the whole procedure. The entire procedure went very smoothly and they communicated the steps clearly and kept checking in with me to make sure I was good. I even said to the dentist I am very much looking forward to doing more fillings with her, It was a laugh ! (Although dentist recommends taking care of oral hygiene and not getting more cavities lol) Highly recommend Wade Abbott Dentistry & Associates for all your dental needs, especially if you have dental anxiety 💙🦷🫶”
