“I went into the alberton branch Monday with a pair of glasses that extremely deteriorated, to the point that everything was blurry like you were in a permanent snowstorm. The glasses were under warranty and I asked if there was a fast way to get replacements because I was not expecting to get them for a few weeks.they took my information and called me on Wednesday (2 days later) and said my glasses were ready to be picked up. “I find it appalling when a sales person at this location is so condescending and rude when trying to find a resolution for incorrect lens issue. Literally laughing thru the words “I want to help you the best way possible” atleast 5 times in the one conversation does nothing when they can’t hear what you are saying cause they are laughing too hard. There is absolutely no professionalism found at this shop, don’t look for bifocals here they have no clue what they are doing. Rudeness…10/10. No glasses and dissatisfaction…10/10.”Read moreShow less
