“I visited to look for glasses and spent about 10 minutes trying on several pairs. Unfortunately, no one acknowledged me or offered any assistance during that time. The staff were gathered at a desk in the middle of the store chatting with each other, which made it feel a bit unwelcoming. I think a simple greeting or checking in with customers would make a big difference in the overall experience. “I was a Vogue Optical customer for years. I get my eye exams there and buy my glasses there too! I recently however ordered a pair online. They arrived and were a bit big. I went into their store and politely asked if they wouldn't mind adjusting them to fit my face. They refused because I didn't buy them there. I even offered to pay them for the service! “Staff is great but the glass are expensive and the coatings horrible. Almost $800 and I have to wash them dozens of times a day. Won't return, I can get cheap quality glasses online.”

“Good selection of glasses to try, staff very friendly and helpful, with safe Covid protocols in place (glasses are cleaned between each customer before being put back on the display racks). Got a good deal on a free pair as well as an extra discount during a Fall promotion. If you are looking for a wide selection of high end designer frames (with their high prices) this is probably not the place for you, but it has lots of stylish frames to choose from.”Read moreShow less
