“One star too many. Called about having an eye exam and was told my insurance would be directly billed. Had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment, took time off work, only to be told once there that they couldn't direct bill the insurance company. In response to the owners comment. When I booked the appointment, I was asked if I was insured and by who. At that point, I was told it would be directly billed. I understand now that some companies do not allow direct billing, but that's contrary to what I was told when booking.”

“I am so impressed with this optical shop! On my trip to Sydney, I accidentally bent the frame of my glasses. As a result, they were crooked when I put them on and I found the focus to be off. Since I needed my glasses to drive, I was almost desperate when I walked into Vogue. Samuel at the store patiently checked the damage and Valerie worked her magic on the frame. Even though the frame was super delicate, she was able to fix the bent part so that the glasses could sit properly on my nose. The store was so clean, well organized, with so many choices for frames. I found the people there to be very friendly, helpful and professional. I wished there is a store like this where I live. Thank you, Vogue!”
