“Couldn’t recommend this location anymore, my daughter came in yesterday to get her frame fixed after going to another vogue, and the two young girl made my daughter and I feel so cared for and listened. My daughter has a stutter so it takes her some time to get words out but the young girl listened and didn’t rush her. We came back today to get two new pairs due to the welcoming service. I will be back! The young girl also went through all lens, a/r, poly and mio smart lens and even asked her colleagues to confirm the difference of the mio smart lens. She was very knowledgeable for only being there for a year and a half (good job vogue), I was there for 1 hour and she made sure each frame was perfect and if it wasn’t she told me and we put it back. “I got my Vogue glasses first and loved them so much I had to recommend them to my daughter. We were going to have them shipped (for free!) but my daughter picked them up. Knowing they were going to ship for free makes it all worth it too and the whole process was smooth and easy. The four girls who helped us were so kind and welcoming—really great customer service! My daughter went in about a month after me and had just as lovely an experience. She left feeling confident and happy. “Make sure you have funds available for eye exams/glasses upfront as the Churchill Sq location NEVER has internet to process insurance billing upfront. If you’re like me you have to wait 10 days for a claim to be processed and to get your portion of your money back. “I would not recommend this place for any first time eye glass purchaser. I began a long drawn out process with this company. I went in, nervous, first time eye wear purchaser. Explained that I had a new prescription, no insurance and new to the whole process. I walked out later on after putting down a down payment on progressive glasses. I waited a month. No one called. I called on week 6, the day I had to go back to sea for 2 months. Glasses were sitting there. I went paid and I stupidly thought I would get a `2 for1` discount and no I was told these are `special prescription glasses`. I could not argue as I had to fly out for work. I paid in full. I took these to work and could not from day one wear them. There was no way I could `get use to them` as I needed to see properly while working. These were an accident waiting to happen. Eventually I got back to town and went back. I was told my only other option were bifocals. I waited three weeks for these and went up and received one pair. They said to try them out. I have and while they are ok for distance while walking I cannot use for looking at any electronic device and the part to see up close means I can now only look at a book or anything for reading one, maybe two lines at a time. They still have the other 300.00. I will never see that. All in all a frustrating experience.”Read moreShow less
