“First let me say - I've not needed glasses for 10 years due to Lasik correction - until now as the "40s eyes" are setting in at near 50. After having visited 4 locations in St Johns, and not really knowing exactly what I wanted (nor needed, prescription in hand), this location on Kenmount Road had THE absolute best staff and a bigger-than-expected selection of frames! The customer service offered by Sarah (I think I got the name correct) far exceeded what I expected, as she took the time to listen to my thoughts on what I wanted, and offered input and suggestions to make the entire experience seamless and personalized. I arrived "thinking" I knew what I wanted, and left with an entirely new (totally positive) outlook on the experience. 100% recommend this location for your optical requirements (glasses and lenses).”Read moreShow less

“Honestly at this point I'd give it 2.5 stars. It appears whenever I am there, I am rushed and YET I too am a client, with needs. I was rushed for my eye exam, I was rushed when I wanted to make an appointment, I was RUSHED THROUGH my appointment as there were other people waiting EVEN THOUGH I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WEEKS PRIOR and I am rushed always. THESE ARE MY EYES AND I DO NOT BELIEVE IN RUSHING MY VISION, NOR LENS, NOR CONTACTS BECAUSE IT CAN BE AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE TO GET THE WRONG ORDER OR WRONG PRESCRIPTION OR EVEN FEEL LIKE I HAVE TO RUSH THROUGH TO PLEASE THEM. I feel like unless you were showing up with dollar bills in your hand, seriously they rush through. This is the impression I have had and I've been there 3 times already. My gut says not to spend the money on glasses there so I will opt to go somewhere who will treat me with patience especially if I've made an appointment. Not a great first impression. “Called to make an appointment and they got me in for the following week! Great selection of frames and they have great deals. My glasses only took about 3 days until I could pick them up, excellent service.”
