She specializes in deep athletic tissue work, active release, and her robotic cupping system is incredible—it honestly feels like having two people working on you at once. As someone who teaches fitness and competes in HYROX, she’s been a huge part of keeping me moving. She’s helped me recover from injuries, manage tight muscles, and stay competition-ready.
