“I have been going to Vivo Curo since 2019 for bilateral Radio Frequency ablations of my SI joints ( as per Dr. Burnham I am a frequent flyer ) this visit was the first time I was offered Nitrous Oxide ( laughing gas ) This honestly is the best thing I have ever been offered to support an otherwise miserable experience There was a $25 fee for it. Honestly if you find it difficult to get out of your head while having procedures done this should be considered. It made the entire process so much easier and less painful. I highly reccommend bringing this up as an option during the check in process and letting people know that is an otion. Thank me later :)”Read moreShow less

“Been seeing Andrew for physio and dry needling, and the level of care, reassurance, and expertise is unreal. “This place was amazing. I needed a nerve ablation done on my low back. I'm a very nervous/anxious person when it comes down to needles, especially going into my spine. I called the day before worried that if we drove the 6 hours to get there and I got too anxious that maybe they wouldn't do the procedure. I spoke to the most amazing nurse (Nicole) and she talked me through everything and reassured me they would take good care of me. The Dr who did my procedure was also amazing, although I unfortunately can't remember his name. Although the procedure isn't fun and can feel scary, the staff made me comfortable and I felt safe. “Vivo Cura Health is one of the best medical clinics I’ve ever been to. Over the past year and a half, I’ve had several visits and procedures, and every single time the team has made me feel comfortable and at ease—especially important for someone like me who struggles with anxiety. There are a few people I’d really love to recognize. First, Brian in booking—he is truly amazing. I’m incredibly grateful for everything he did for me. I have a very busy schedule and originally couldn’t get in until May. Unfortunately, my back pain suddenly came back with a vengeance just a week before I was supposed to leave for my dream trip to Greece. I was in so much pain I could barely walk and was seriously considering cancelling my trip. Brian listened to my situation and went above and beyond to find me a last-minute cancellation so I could get in before I left. That meant more than I can express. The front desk staff are also consistently kind and welcoming every time I visit, which makes a big difference. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Taylor Burnham and his assistant. They are true professionals. Dr. Burnham is calm, compassionate, and has an excellent bedside manner—something I deeply appreciate given my anxiety. “I have severe degeneration in my lower back, which was significantly worsened by a motor vehicle accident two years ago. I was referred to this clinic by my lawyer. Unfortunately, the treatments I received were not successful. That said, I felt genuinely cared for by Dr. Taylor Burnham and his assistant, who were both compassionate and professional throughout my care. However, communication and administrative coordination within the clinic were consistently problematic. Reaching anyone by phone is extremely difficult, as calls almost always go to voicemail. When I was finally able to speak with someone, they often seemed unfamiliar with my file or unsure of their role. Most recently, when attempting to book injections following a failed ablation, the medical assistant I spoke with—despite having my file open—appeared confused about my treatment history. I was questioned about which joint required injections and told the joint I referenced was not documented, even though I have had documented issues with the same joints for years. Additionally, I had been waiting over two weeks for a follow-up call regarding injections after the initially offered appointment did not work for me. That call never came. Due to the ongoing lack of communication and administrative support, I will not be continuing treatment with this clinic, despite the professionalism of the physician himself.”Read moreShow less
