“Vitas recently came to my home to help me with a severe onset of back pain - which in addition to the pain, caused me a lot of stress & anxiety. His calm, pleasant & professional disposition put me at ease & he took the time to ask about my history, & do various physical assessments. Based on my assessment he explained what the pain could be from & what kind of movement to do & refrain from. We did some passive stretches too which helped a lot. In addition to the physical therapy, I felt so much better & at ease just from having more clarity & knowledge about what I was dealing with, which helped me catastrophize the situation less - which is natural when we experience pain & don’t know how serious it is. I’m so excited about my recovery & feel so much more confident in approaching the rehabilitation process!! Thank you Vitas!!!”

“I had a great at home appointment with Vitas a few years ago for my wrist injury. Recently I called him again to help my mother who is in her 60's with a severe sprained ankle. He was so patient and very understanding. He was also very prompt with all communication and is very knowledgeable . I definitely recommend Vitas !”
