“This was my first time visiting an Osteo. Was referred to them when I was experiencing very bad back pain. I met with Eric, very profesional and informative. Within a matter of days my pain had subsided and after 2 follow up sessions my pain has not returned. “I went to see Eric for chronic neck pain that I have suffered from for 20 years. It had moved to my right side/ shoulder/ hip/ knee. Eric was patient and throughly treated everything and explained all he was doing. I felt much better after 2-3 visits, continued therapy for a couple of months and have felt much better. “Before I started treatment with Eric, I was unable to walk more than 150m before experiencing significant pain that forced me to sit down. I had been diagnosed with a herniated lumbar disc and I was using the services of other osteopaths, physios in coordination with my Doctor (GP) but nothing was making a difference. After just a few sessions (5), I’m feeling so much better. Today, I walked 2km and my step count is greater than 6000! I haven’t walked or been on my feet that long for months. Eric is a phenomenal practitioner. His knowledge of osteopathy and how the human body works is incredible. “Vitality Village is a very nice and friendly place. I started to see Eric about a year ago when he was treating my plantar fasciitis. His patience and knowledge helped me to regain my full mobility and enjoy my every day activities. A week ago I had to book an "Emergency" appointment with my shoulder. I was experiencing excruciating pain and lost all the mobility in my arm. The treatment I received was very gentle, not painful at all. “Eric is incredible! I live in BC and have an Osteo there I love that helps me with a chronic condition + neck and head migraines- so when spending some time in Ontario I needed an Osteo just as good - Eric was definitely the right choice!! He also helped my dad who was VERY skeptical and had never been to an osteopath before. He had a really bad pain in his hip/leg and couldn’t play his sports or work comfortably - and nothing was helping or fixing it. After one session Eric fixed it and my dad experience so much relief!!!! He’s definitely not skeptical anymore, and Eric is now a go-to for him! Overall, eric is incredibly knowledgeable and always does an amazing job. I always leave a session feeling better and with tips to keep improving. He really knows his stuff and I never feel rushed or like I can’t ask questions. He covers all the bases and then some!
