“I starting looking for a pelvic floor physiotherapist during pregnancy, when I noticed some urinary leaking. Postpartum now and Sophia has been very helpful in the recovery and strengthening process. She is patient as she listens to all my concerns and offers an array of solutions to help. I also find it helpful that she sends a summary of our sessions as it can be information overload and challenging to recall everything discussed in a session. Sophia is professional, caring and trusting. I have never felt uncomfortable, and have felt validated with how I feel. It’s an absolute pleasure to work with her. “I saw Emily Quinn for an initial assessment of some pelvic issues I experienced this past week. I have never had this issue before, and with my worrying tendencies, she put me at ease. The booking was smooth and timely. Online questionnaires and text reminders allowed all the paperwork to be done and reviewed beforehand, making it an easy transition. The staff were professional and friendly. I really appreciated the culture of creating a safe space. Emily was an excellent listener and communicator. Right after giving birth I remember thinking that I was so glad that I had seen a pelvic floor physiotherapist, as Sophia taught me how to breathe and push for labour (which contributed to making my natural birth manageable with minimal tearing).
