“Had a tense neck and booked a deep tissue massage with Prairie and a follow up 2 weeks later with her for a relaxation massage. She did a phenomenal job and my neck and shoulders feel so much better. I have booked again for maintenance. Prairie is an outstanding young lady with a great personality and obviously loves what she does as it shines through in light conversation we had. An asset to Vitality to say the least.”

The staff were friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Melissa was my massage therapist, and she was absolutely amazing knowledgeable, attentive, and highly skilled. “I see Siobhan for RAPID neurofascial reset. I suffer from chronic back pain brought on from both scoliosis and year round physical labor for my job. Siobhan is 10/10. She is friendly, caring, and goes above and beyond! I had tried many types of pain relief over the last year, including relaxation and therapeutic massage, accupuncture, chiro visits, exercises, dry needling, yoga.. RAPID is the only thing that has brought me any relief aside from my physio. It makes me feel so grateful and safe, that when I have a flare up of pain I can visit Siobhan and actually do something constructive about it! Where as before I would have to waste $ on things that didn't work, take time off work, etc. Really glad I found Siobhan, Vitality, and RAPID! EDIT: I recently had a 75 min therapeutic massage with Bailey, and it was the best massage I've ever had. It was a truly healing and transcendent experience. Bailey goes above and beyond not only with the quality and care of the massage but also the advice, bedside manner, and energy. I felt extremely safe, seen, and taken care of.
