“From the very beginning, my experience here has been excellent. Anastasia at the front desk was incredibly patient, welcoming, and informative. She took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was always forthcoming with any information I needed. That alone made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward. Dr. Miller is phenomenal. During the consultation, she explained PRP for hair in a clear, reassuring way—what to expect, how the treatment works, and what can be done to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Her guidance made a huge difference. The use of prescription numbing cream helped tremendously, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches during the session, like having a TV with YouTube and Amazon Prime for distraction. The overall vibe was calm, professional, and supportive. The entire team truly goes out of their way to make what could be an intimidating treatment feel comfortable and manageable. This is something I do yearly to help maintain my hair, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking to improve hair growth or overall scalp health. A big thank you to Anastasia, Dr. Miller, and the entire team for such a positive experience.”Read moreShow less

“I am sharing this as a warning: I have been left with long-term, likely permanent, auditory injury due to the care at Vitalia Health Clinic. I had no prior history of neurological symptoms, tinnitus, or sound sensitivity prior to receiving treatment at this clinic. I was neurologically stable when I consulted Dr. Farnoush Salimy in July for mast cell sensitivity. Initially, we used a "low and slow" titration for Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) which I tolerated well. However, in September, Dr. Salimy abruptly abandoned this safety strategy. On September 8, I emailed and asked in writing to titrate my dose “up over the course of the next couple of months." On September 10, she emailed back, instructing me to jump immediately from 2.25mg to 4.5mg: “if you are well tolerating the dose (no significant insomnia, vivid dreams, or headaches) after 6 weeks of taking 2.25mg of LDN, you can increase it to 4.5mg. Take 2 caps at bedtime.” Relying on her medical guidance, I followed these instructions. Within one week of this 100% dose increase, I experienced a "system shock" of severe neurological symptoms: unbearable akathisia, intrusive tinnitus, and hyperacusis (extreme sound sensitivity). The medical reason for this is clear: In patients with mast cell or central nervous system sensitivity, an abrupt doubling of a CNS-active medication can trigger central sensitization—a state where the brain’s auditory and neurological pathways become hyper-excitable and "stuck" in a state of distress. By bypassing the "low and slow" standard of care that I requested in writing, Dr. Salimy removed the primary guardrail meant to prevent this exact type of iatrogenic injury. While the akathisia resolved after stopping the medication, I am now left with constant, debilitating high-pitched ringing and sound distortion that has profoundly impacted my sleep and quality of life. When I reported this, Dr. Salimy’s response was dismissive and defensive. Seeking care here is one of the worst decisions I have ever made. UPDATE: I decline to meet with this practitioner because her explanation for my injury was, in my opinion, clinically unsound. In an email from October 18, after I reported the serious neurological shock to her, she attempted to decouple the symptoms from the medication by focusing on LDN’s short "half-life." This is medically illogical; LDN is an immunomodulator that triggers a lasting neuro-inflammatory cascade. The drug is the trigger, but the resulting "system shock" lasts much longer than the drug stays in your system. Think of it this way, the LDN was the spark but the fire it started in my nervous system doesn't care that the spark has gone out. Furthermore, she defended the 4.5mg dose as "standard" while completely ignoring the velocity of the increase. Doubling a dose (100% jump) in a single step for an MCAS patient—despite my written request for a "low and slow" titration—is a reckless abandonment of safety protocols.”Read moreShow less

“My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Miller for many years. She is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and kind. She doesn’t just listen, she always takes the time to offer thoughtful, personalized recommendations. She follows up, checks in, and makes sure the treatment is truly working. She offers IVs and also prp. The new clinic space is also beautiful, and I’m very happy with the new location. They will also have an anti-aging specialist available, which is great to have as an additional resource.”Read moreShow less

“If I could give 1000 or millions stars, I would. I saw Dr. Tasreen Alibhai 2,5 years ago, when my tests results told me I am in menopause and i still was hoping for a baby.... She told me honestly, she is a hormonal, not fertility doctor, but i asked her to try. Guess what? I got my egg cryopreserved and now it is traveling from Greece to USA for making the embryo (Canadian fertility clinics refused me). Anyway, 2,5 years passed, i got in menopause again with pretty bad health problems. And here I am, had the appointment with Dr. Alibhai again today. I believe she is able to help me again. She is like a fire, helping people is her life colling definitely. Very knowledgable, very honest, yes, very different from all other Canadian doctors. You should try, this is a beam of light in a darkness......”Read moreShow less

“Did my 1st appt with Dr Alibhai and so far I feel so much better about my health. I feel like we have a plan, I have information and I know what I have to do and that my tummy issues will be all good in no time. I felt so reassured by her explanations and her kindness. I'm going to follow her recommendations and see her for a follow up appt and update the review if anything changes. But so far it's been really good and I'm glad I found her and made this appt.”Read moreShow less

“I wasted so much money and time with Dr. Tasreen Alibhai: a DISHONEST, greedy, unskilled "doctor". My health got only WORST, in spite of all I spent with her. And please "Dr" don't erase my comment because I will put it back”
