“I had an excellent experience at Vital Stream Massage. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were professional and made me feel comfortable right away. The massage itself was exactly what I needed—very relaxing while still targeting the areas where I had tension. The therapist was knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs, adjusting pressure and technique perfectly throughout the session. “My sister in-law from Fernie BC who was suffering from Sciatica came to Vital Stream Massage here in Taber as we were all raving how we got help here, she was so impressed with how her condition got better in just one treatment with Judith. I also noticed as I pull out the Google reviews to show her where to give her review that there are couple bad reviews that seem suspicious in what they are talking about. What I don't understand and I should not be saying this here, (as we are supposed to give a review), but this angers me how people in our area are so Stinky Jealous when there are businesses that are thriving in this town. Those two bad reviews dont make sense. Why keep coming back and spend your hard earned money at a massage place if they don't help you? 😠 There's so many out there, go somewhere else, seriously I tried them all! I grew up in this town. If you are not happy with the service in the business, call the Manager, his business card is right in your face at the front desk. Ask for your money back if you want, JUST DON'T STINK AND DRIVE AWAY BUSINESS THAT IS GENUINELY HELPING OTHERS. If you are a competitor, there's enough people in this world, leave others alone and do your own grind. So sickening people! Be happy with your life at least! “I have seen multiple therapists here and they all seem to do just a generic massage. You tell them problem areas and they never get worked on. You tell them areas to leave alone (feet) and they just go right ahead and do it. Multiple times i have seen the therapists just grab the intake forms and look at it for 2 seconds and then call the client back. Communication is very difficult and non existent between client and therapist. No questions are asked and client concerns are completely ignored. I love cupping but it should not be used as an excuse to not use your hands. 90 minutes of only cupping is not what I pay for. Anyone can put cups on and leave them. I often wonder if the therapists here have legitimate training or certifications.”Read moreShow less
