“I lost my massage therapist when she moved back out west due to her husband's job. Had been happy with her replacement but then she went off on maternity leave so I was once again left looking for a good therapist when my chiro suggested this spot. Now it's out of the way for me coming from the east end but I have to say I am very very happy with this clinic! Lesley has been absolutely amazing and it's like she has been massaging me for years! “Michael helped me tremendously in healing and getting back to playing sports in no time. Originally I had went to physio and was told I would be there three times a week for up to six weeks with lower back issues. I saw Michael after this, for ART, and he was able to identify my back tightness was due to my hamstrings being too tight. He helped me get back to normal functioning in a few sessions. “I generally don't believe in quick cures. Michael Michaud changed my opinion. I've suffered from chronic sciatica for several years and this summer experienced additional acute severe back pain and spasms when I pulled a muscle in my back. My family doctor referred me for ART. After a single session and conscientiously performing the stretches and exercises Michael demonstrated, I was significantly relieved of the acute pain and the sciatica abated. I've experienced 4 sessions and feel essentially cured of an ailment I've endured for several years as well as the acute pain from the single injury....as long as I follow his directions to exercise daily to strengthen my core. “I had a slip and fall over a month ago with injury to my arm that just would not improve over time. I had an appointment this week with Brittany Gaudet, the clinic's registered acupuncturist. So genuinely pleased to say that trying something different had such a positive effect on how I am feeling. Brittany took the time to get a thorough picture of the problem/problems (because sometimes, there really is more than one) and then treat accordingly. She is knowledgeable, gentle and such an easy person to talk to. What also drew me to seek out her services was the knowledge that she was also a massage therapist, which gives her extra insight.
