“Let's just start with WOW! Jeff really knows how the body functions and how to fix it. Jeff knew exactly what my body really needed based off what I am currently doing and what my near future goals are as well - WHICH WAS BRILLIANT. It was the first massage where he took the reigns and I got exactly what my body needed. And oh boy did I sing when he hit those spots that unknowingly held so much tension. I highly recommend Jeff because he isn't just an RMT, he is a athlete as well - and with being an athlete you really learn how the body functions and how to support it when its dis-functioning.
