With Tara’s guidance, I’ve made several meaningful lifestyle changes based on her recommendations. “After 25 years of pain - fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, joint replacements (4) I found Tara and thank god for that! The overall electrical burning of fibro is gone!! Thru herbs, red light, ionic foot baths I feel almost normal. No more full day “crashes” no more pained expression on face, clearer thinking, increased energy - still working on the physical though 😂🤣 I’d give 7 stars if I could”

“I was told about Lisa through my public health nurse Christine when I found out my daughter had torticollis, severe neck, back and shoulder pain and also a tongue tie. As a first time mom, it was a lot but Christine talked so highly of Lisa that I gave her a shot. I’m so glad I did because she has been everything and more than I hoped for. Each visit we are welcomed by the phenomenal receptionist and you feel like you’re at home. She’s so kind, helpful and puts a smile on your face. It’s very clean, cozy and calming inside the building. My daughter absolutely adores Lisa and it’s made me look forward to her appointments. She has helped my daughter tremendously and we have gone from weekly visits, to every two weeks to now monthly. Lisa is knowledgeable, caring and wants to help you. I can’t thank her enough for how much she’s helped my daughter and would recommend her to anyone. My daughter went from not turning her neck at all and struggling with eating to moving her head so freely and eating so well. Highly recommend Lisa, you won’t regret it.”
