“My Doctor is not bad, however I can't say the same for the receptionist. Twice now I've arrived only to be told "Oh sorry, your appointment was rescheduled, didn't you get our call?" Well, if I did, I wouldn't be here standing in front of you"!! Again today, I had an appointment for 2:15pm I marked it on my calendar, I arrived today on time only to be told, "sorry you missed your appointment you were booked for 12:30pm" I know I should be happy that I at least have a doctor, but honestly this is so frustrating having to lose 2 hrs pay not to mention gas to drive out to Norwich. “Absolutely the most ignorant receptionist I've ever met! Most condescending attitude and incredibly nosey. I don't know the Dr.s however I would NEVER take anyone here specifically because the receptionist Sandy is incredibly rude!”

“I have been to Naturopathic Doctors before however Dr Hornyak is the only one who has ever really listened to me and genuinely wants to help me fix my issues. She explains in great detail why she is suggesting supplements and diet plans so that it makes sense. She even told me that a drug I have been prescribed by my physician was recalled and how she was going to help me get off of it slowly.”Read moreShow less

“I am with the others the receptionist is the rudest person in medicine I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. Acussed me of yelling when wearing a mask I have a hearing disability from a combat wound. Told her that DON'T CARE YOUR YELLING! Then clown Manger says best don't come back . Won't admit problem receptionist. Dr Gajebasia accused me to . So they all cover for each other don't admit problem receptionist. Sure there are few dedicated ppl. “Doctors are great; but it's hard to get to one if the receptionist is awful - which it is. Most condescending, rude person to deal with. Had to wait 48 hours for a refill for an already prescribed prescription because she wouldn't give any information or send it through to the pharmacy, so incompetent that we had to get a third-party to call in the request and suddenly she was able to do her job. “Dr. Hornyak listens to our issues and looks for the root cause of the problem to help us live a happy lifestyle without discomfort. She is great with my kids. Where my GP could not find a solution, Dr. Hornyak was able to her us get better, I highly recommend her. “Dr. Hornyak is great! She really cares about getting to the root of your health problems. Some might say it's expensive to see her but it is worth the money for good health. A couple of the Receptionists could be a little friendlier and more willing to help.”
