Cancellation Policy : Your appointment has been booked just for you. Please allow 48 business hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 business hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee to their account. No appointment will be booked until that balance has been paid. If you need to cancel a Monday appointment you will need to contact the office by 12:00 noon the Friday before.
If you arrive late for your appointment the treatment time will be reduced to stay on schedule. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be rescheduled, which will be considered as a cancellation.
About the clinic
As we come into late summer, it is an excellent time to look at where we are in our health: physical, mental and emotional. The Autumn transition can be stressful so making sure we are taking care of ourselves is critical.
