“Jane has been an amazing counsellor to me for nearly 4 years now! She is a wealth of knowledge and resources. The world she has opened me up to since then is literally unlike anything I would have expected. She’s connected me with many friends and mentors in my healing journey. If it weren’t for Jane I probably would have never had the courage to start my own business, take up facilitating Breathwork, and juggle kettlebells! Her compassionate inquiry has had a ripple effect into my own life and has opened me up in so many ways. I listen more deeply, support my own personal training clients better, and am more open and honest in my relationships. I actively create proper boundaries, and stand up for myself in genuine and loving ways. More than that I know who I am, and even on the days where I doubt myself, Jane helps remind me with gentle yet deliberate assurance. I now have my own wealth of inner support and self care practices that I implement regularly. Since day one I have been genuinely fascinated by all this healing work and Jane constantly gives me resources to explore. Whether it’s Men’s courses to seek out, books to read, or actual worksheets to fill out, Jane has been encouraging my growth the whole way through. And always when and if I feel called. Like she has always said to me “take what resonates and leave the rest”. On the relational, spiritual, and somatic level Jane has been my anchor of support and has opened me up to finding my own support systems as well. I don’t say this lightly, but I genuinely believe that if you see Jane, you don’t just get a therapist, you get the catalyst for true life transformation and healing. “I have been meaning to write a review about acupuncture with Vanessa. I came in with really bad sciatica pain and within 2 treatments I felt like a new person. She really knows TCM and she is kind and explained everything clearly. I cannot recommend her enough. And to go further, RMT Glen is also amazing and has really helped my back pain.
