“I can't say enough about Dr.Austin Fournier! He was outstanding in all aspects of his job when I had an appointment with him last month. Dr.Fournier did an extensive eye exam, then after his findings that day sent me to emergency for further follow up. It was found that I had a very serious health issue going on, and now because of my appointment with him, my health issue is being quickly delt with. Dr.Fourniers quick thinking not only has probably saved the rest of my eyesight, but quite frankly may have saved my life! “I forgot my contacts when visiting my dad in west Kelowna. I visited his optometrist here and they were able to contact my optometrist in Calgary to verify my prescription and gave me enough samples to get me through the trip. “Within 2 days of moving to the Okanagan, I carelessly had a tiny piece of metal embedded in my eye. Visionfirst took me in right away when we called their office. The doctors went through several tedious precision procedures over four visits and completely removed the fragment. Their professional and personal approach was wonderful. “Dr. Lucas Erhardt and the staff were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and talked to me about what would help my eyes. I have a very small prescription that he said was optional which is great.
