CHANGES TO CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Please note requests to cancel or reschedule appointments now require a minimum of 48hrs notice (during business days). Cancellations/ reschedule requests made within the 48hr limitation period will be subject to a late cancellation fee of $90. Sessions cancelled within one hour of session start time and no shows (sessions canceled or not attended after session start time) will be subject to the full session charge. With the exception of any errors made by the practice, we no longer offer refunds for unused sessions rather the session amount will now be applied as a credit on your account to be applied towards future bookings. Session costs are billed to the credit card on file 2-3 business days in advance of the appointment date. Clients using e-transfer are required to make payment for the session cost prior to booking.
