“Everything here is really great. Specially customer service and all the opticals. Even the cleanliness is really awesome as well. And the owner Sayeda Talukder is absolutely very kind and warm hearted person. All the stuffs are really polite and awesome. Every time I go there all the stuffs are super polite and friendly. Even they offer you the lowest price in GTA compared to other stores. In one word everything is absolutely perfect. “About six months ago, I visited this shop to get my glasses made, and I had a really good experience from the start. Recently, my glasses suddenly broke, so I went back to the same shop hoping they could help. To my surprise, they fixed my glasses quickly and didn’t charge me anything—even though I didn’t have insurance. That really showed how much they care about their customers. What impressed me the most was not just their service, but also their communication. They were polite, clear, and very helpful throughout the whole process. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone. I tried on a bunch of frames, and they gave honest feedback without being pushy at all. They really took the time to make sure I felt good about my choice. “Got something in my eye, went to the ER and they couldn't take it out. I walked in to see if they could help and they kindly assisted me as an emergency walk in patient. The optometrist was friendly and attentive to me. Within a few minutes he was able to take out it and I feel so much better! The best optometrist services I have ever had! “Vision Clear Optical is a wonderful place with such a kind and professional team. The front desk staff was prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, and the shop feels very family-run and warm I felt welcomed (just like Dhaka) I wasn’t rushed at all while choosing my glasses, and the staff member who helped me had great fashion sense, which made the process easy. Despite my lenses being quite thick, they made sure everything was done properly, added UV protection, and even got my glasses ready earlier than expected after I mentioned I’d lost my old pair.
