“Wishing I could rate 4.5, so I'll be descriptive. Annual eye exam: good experience overall, convenient location, appt time honoured, nice staff, helpful doc. (Thanks for not railing me for my bought-online specs and explaining without judgement how in-house frame adjustments would have benefitted my last set of frames.) Felt some pressure sales 2yrs ago - not this time. Small selection of frames, but found a couple that suited my face well. Only draw back, bit cramped quarters/waiting area. I would recommend.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. The receptionist was unprofessional and dismissive—she walked away while I was speaking to her. She also gave us incorrect information, claiming it was “illegal” to provide certain details, which did not appear to be true. We booked this appointment specifically because we were assured twice, by two different receptionists, that we could receive our PD there. Upon arrival, we were told the opposite and that it was suddenly “illegal” to give it to the patient. The lack of professionalism, consistency, and basic courtesy made this a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this place.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic due to poor communication and unprofessional behavior. When I called to book my appointment, I clearly mentioned multiple times that I purchase my glasses online and only wanted my pupillary distance (PD). I was told on the phone that this would be provided. However, after completing my eye exam, the optometric doctor informed me that they do not offer pupillary distance. I explained what I had been told over the phone. Later, while I was waiting for my second test, the receptionist approached me and yelled at me, saying it was illegal to give PD. When I questioned why something “illegal” had been offered to me over the phone, she said “I’m done talking to you” and walked away. To make matters worse, when I went to the front desk, the same receptionist was speaking loudly to her colleagues about my private file, in a very mean and disrespectful manner, within earshot of others. This was extremely unprofessional and a violation of patient privacy. There was no apology for the misinformation I was given, nor any attempt to resolve the situation. I felt misled, disrespected, and uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this place due to the lack of respect, communication, and professionalism.”
