“I came in genuinely excited to test drive my dream car and left incredibly disappointed. The salesperson barely spoke to me, asked almost no questions, showed me nothing about the car, and seemed like they couldn’t wait for the test drive to be over. The “test drive” was about 4 km with the fuel light on (26 km to empty), just to the Aviation Museum and straight back. I barely had time to experience the car, let alone explore any of its features or menus. The ironic part? After one of the shortest and least engaging dealership experiences I’ve ever had, I was asked to leave a Google review. The Giulia itself was fantastic—even in those few kilometers, I understood why people love it. Unfortunately, the customer experience didn’t come close to matching the car.”Read moreShow less

“Great cars but awful dealer. I’ve never expletives a worse car buying experience. All around incompetence. If you’re looking to buy an Alfa, don’t go here. Travel to Toronto or Montreal instead. “Had an excellent experience buying an SUV from this dealership. Following a phone call to confirm the vehicle was in stock, I was greeted by Ian Thomas - a friendly and knowledgable brand specialist, who was pleased to showcase all the vehicle’s features during a test drive. The car looked and drove perfectly- I was able to close the deal easily after a few simple conversations with José Cordova- the finance manager. Alfa Romeo Ottawa makes the car buying experience enjoyable and hassle- free. On pick up day, the car was detailed in “showroom condition” and exceeded expectations. Dealing with a prestige brand, that’s part of Mark Motors group, you receive peace of mind from first step in- until driving off the lot with your new car - and afterward. “Got my Stelvio here and it was an incredible experience. Ian and the rest of the team really made sure I was taken care of at every step. No games or pressure, it felt like they genuinely wanted me to have the best experience possible when buying my car. Ian and the team were super honest and forthcoming about everything, even things that they probably didn't need to be (I would have never noticed). On top of that, after I left the lot Ian still provided the same support and helped me with some small things that he definitely didn't have to. “Daniel the salesman was great, very nice and helpful without hesitation. However the manager was quite rude and was not happy with us being there. We (my family) arrived at the dealer at 5:30, 30 minutes before closing. We asked to see a car, not test drive as we were aware the time is short. While the salesman was getting the car the manager came put visibly upset and that we should have booked an appointment, we said if its a problem for you then we can come back another day, but he just repeated himself in a rude manner. He was sitting in his office when we arrived, we didn’t ask to see him, he came out to us to because he’s upset because “we didn’t do things his way”. We are asking to look at a car for 5 minutes, in a 30 minute window, theres plenty of time, and if we like it well come back later early in the day, this was uncalled for by the manager. I would like to remind the manager that you are in competition with 10+ other luxury dealers across Ottawa, and there is only 1 Alfa Romeo, your only option to beat your competitors is by excellent customer service. You should have made us, potential customers, feel welcomed, you should have encouraged us to test drive the car, you should have even told us not to worry about the time and that you will keep the dealer open until you finished helping us, thats how you win customers, by your interaction. Whether we are there for 10 only minutes or 5 minutes after closing doesn’t matter. You should learn from your salesman. “Incredible customer service and accommodation!!! Jean-Claude along with pretty much everyone in this dealership has been amazing! My Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti is treated like it’s a rare model every time! In addition to always being well priced, my car is always cleaned and dried with care. They offer almost too good to be true interior add one for only 15$ more!!! A few times I needed special accommodations and EVERYTIME they went WAY above and beyond!
