Recommend this Dental Office! I've been here several times, and today I had a tooth extraction. In particular, I want to highlight the excellent work done by Dr. Marc DuMont and his assistant during the extraction. The reception staff are also very pleasant and responsive. My experience here has been very positive; I thank all the staff.

I cannot speak to the quality of dental care because I did not get to that point. I called for a first appointment and had told the reception very clearly that I had previous X-rays. She said I had to come in any way. When I did go to the appointment, I was told that I needed to take a whole set of new X-rays even though I had communicated earlier that I had done it a few months ago and could call the previous clinic for them to send it over. I refused to put myself through another set of unnecessary X-rays at my cost, health because of the incompetency of the person I spoke with.

This comment is not about the clinic. This is about the dentist Kriti Kasni. I was a victim of her in Toronto, and now she moved to this office. She would tell patients to do the fillings that are unnecessary to do and redo. She grinded my real teeth while she was doing filling on another tooth. And even caused me TMD problem. For the past year, I have been suffering from repairing the damage she caused. My life was paused and my mental health was completely ruined. Please run away from Kriti Kasni. I don’t think a dentist like this should be forgiven even if she now moved to this new place. And the owner of the clinic should reconsider keep a dentist like this in their place

Dr. Fingrut, it is absolutely never appropriate to look a patient in the eye and essentially shame them for their apprehension at shelling out $2000 on something out of pocket. If It's such a concern to you, I suggest YOU offer to pay for your patients work or keep your opinion to yourself. Otherwise this was beyond "suggesting" a healthy path, it was outright unprofessional. Another dentist without empathy, fun. My first experiences with this office and Dr. Dickie were phenomenal, but after seeing Fingrut I'm not sure I want to return.

I’ve never had a dentist as kind and as understanding as Dr. Bradley! I have immense dental anxiety and she always goes above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Her and her assistant are so sweet, I wouldn’t wanna go to anyone else.

I've routinely had very pleasant visits to Village Dental. Everyone at the front is welcoming and easy to chat with, my cleanings are always quick and painless, and when I have had to have my teeth fixed - they take the time to explain to me my options and let me know the pros and cons of each one. I had two of my front teeth touched up last year to fix some work I'd had done years ago (at another place) that was starting to fail. The results were amazing! My teeth have never looked better. 10/10 would recommend Village Dental!

Title: Horrendous Experience: Village Dental Office Fails Miserably I had the misfortune of scheduling an appointment at Village Dental Office, and what ensued was nothing short of a nightmare. My appointment was initially set for 7:40 PM, but I was called to come in early due to cancellations. Little did I know, this would be the beginning of a torturous ordeal. Upon arriving promptly, I eagerly inquired about commencing my treatment. However, instead of being attended to, I was left to languish in the waiting area indefinitely. After what felt like an eternity, I was ushered into another room, only to be met with more interminable waiting. As the clock mercilessly ticked away, my frustration reached its peak. Despite the passing of my original scheduled time, there was still no indication of progress or acknowledgment of my time being wasted. It became painfully evident that the staff at Village Dental Office lacked the basic courtesy to respect their patients' time and prioritize their care. In a state of utter exasperation, I ultimately relinquished hope and departed from the premises, utterly disillusioned and disheartened by the abysmal level of service I had encountered. The sheer disregard for punctuality, coupled with the evident apathy towards patient satisfaction, renders Village Dental Office an establishment to be avoided at all costs. In conclusion, my experience at Village Dental Office can only be described as abhorrent. It is my sincere recommendation that prospective patients steer clear of this woefully inept dental practice, lest they subject themselves to the same woeful treatment and profound disappointment that I endured.

Dr O'Dea has been my dentist since 2002 when I was getting ready for my tour in the middle east. Been seeing him ever since. All of the staff there are amazing. It's a very modern yet cozy dental clinic. I always feel like I'm in good hands with anyone there. Great place for kids with special needs too.
