I feel seen, met, heard and celebrated. And that’s just the pretreatment consult. Once Lamia establishes the points, I relax, take it all in and experience wholeness for two weeks after. It’s a remarkable treatment form and even more so in the hands of this loving and conscious healer. Thank you is barely enough.

I’ve been a patient of Lamia’s for over 2 years and have been blown away by how effective their holistic yet targeted healing approach has been. Lamia’s care has been so helpful in treating and curing my stress, nutrition and hormonal imbalances as well as in treating an acute elbow injury.

Lamia has been my acupuncturist for about 16 years working together to address chronic pain through grief work. My chronic pains are no longer chronic and I have been continuing to seek acupuncture to manage pain. Their compassionate and whole person approach to treatment is rare to find.

Oh Lamia! Where to even begin?? I've done so much healing in this gem of a human's care. They have the warmest, kindest touch and approach to the work, with so much clinical and life experience to back it up. Sometimes I even feel myself healing as they're checking my tongue and taking my pulses at the beginning, just being met with that familiar, wise, kind presence. I always feel seen, and I've managed to shift some real stubborn issues I thought I was stuck with, with Lamia's help. There is no health issue or human struggle you can't bring to them... they'll find just the right way to support you in your healing. Highly recommend trying cupping and Shiatsu as well as acupuncture.. or instead, if needles just aren't for you!

Lamia is one of the best humans ever, and one of the most artful healers too. They have such a skill, to take care of people, and respect people and not food shame and still help them help themselves. I don't take it for granted, but wow am I ever grateful for this approach! Go see Lamia, even if there’s nothing ‘wrong’ - they can help you with everything, even if you think you don’t need it. :)

I came down with a bad case of sciatica; I could barely raise my left leg to walk I was in so much pain. I was seeing another acupuncturist and received some relief, however, I experienced a terrible set back and then met with Kecia. I described my problem and, unbelievably after one session, the next day experienced just enough relief to walk with an upright posture, something I was unable to do prior to our first session. I had two more sessions that week and she prescribed two different Chinese medicinals. By Saturday I was able to play golf (with a back brace) and was able to go to a convention and walk throughout upright and with a back ache that was manageable. I just had my 4th session and though I wake up stiff and achy I'm just about pain free after I stretch. I will stress stretching every day (at least once) is critical to recovery. I also saw a chiropractor at Farkas, Dr. Dahni, and all together I am almost pain free. My next step is to begin to exercise again and regain the quality of life I had before this sciatica put me down. The question you have to ask yourself is how much is it worth to your quality of life to be able to live pain free and maintain a happy active lifestyle? I want to live a long time and enjoy every minute. Kecia put me on a regimen to live that life and I couldn't be any happier for now. I'm so close to being back to my new/old self!! Thank you Kecia, you really are the best!!!

Lamia is an amazing healer- knowledgeable and skilled, compassionate and intuitive. They've supported my physical and emotional being through difficult periods and times of big change. I always leave the treatment feeling recalibrated, with a greater sense of alignment. Not to mention their profound contributions to community. Truly grateful for their work. Thank you Lamia.
