“My family was very fortunate to have found such an amazing nursing home for both our parents. The care given to them from the nursing staff and PSW was excellent. We are so grateful for your kindness and expertise given to our mom and dad. I also want to thank the management staff. “I want to commend the dedicated team of nurses and PSWs who work tirelessly to care for residents. It’s clear they are under significant pressure with many demands placed on them, yet they continue to show compassion and professionalism in everything they do. My mother’s admission process was seamless, thanks to the coordinated efforts of the social worker, floor manager, behaviour therapist, nurses, and PSWs. Their collaboration made the transition smooth and reassuring for both my mother and our family. The recreational staff also plays an essential role in ensuring residents enjoy meaningful experiences and stay engaged. Their creativity and energy truly enhance the quality of life within the home. I would like to express my appreciation for the meals provided each day. The food is consistently delicious, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. I enjoy the variety in the menu and the effort made to cater to different tastes and dietary needs. It’s clear that care and attention go into every meal, and it makes a real difference in my daily life. We are grateful for their commitment and the respectful care they provide each day. “This Long-Term Care Home is an excellent facility. It is in a good location, properly equipped, very well maintained, and the meals are very good. “I honestly don’t know what these others are complaining about. My mom has been here for a month and she is a different person. They are so living and caring and treat the residents like family. This is the most amazing place and the staff are awesome!!!! My mom was so bad at home that all she did was cry and now she is flourishing. She is so happy and always laughing. “I’ve been having issues with the home for a couple of months now… a resident has been harassing my mom daily with death threats and death comments and rude comments… (in Italian) my mom calls the office almost daily and I’ve been calling and now emailing about this issue. The solutions to this issue have not and will not resolve this as the resident is of sound mind and keeps doing it! It has gotten to the point it is effecting my mothers health and myself. I have gone to head office with the issue and nothing. I’m soo frustrated! It is soo sad that the elderly have to live in these conditions. All homes are the same… my mom is in a wheelchair chair with Parkinson’s and the other resident is mobile… the solutions are benefiting the resident harassing my mom! My mom has made a lot of friends there… She doesn’t want to move… I don’t know what else to do….”Read moreShow less

“We had a short experience with this place and it was a wonderful one mostly because of a nurse name “Kamal” at the 7th floor who is very responsible and caring person. “I had my 2nd semester nursing clinicals here and my pre-grad Placment as well.
