I'm being treated by Allen H. physiotherapist. He is professional, pleasant and really knows his stuff. Very very pleased. Thank you.

Came here after my car accident on recommendation from my insurance provider. The facility was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. I want to thank Nicholas mostly for his patience with helping me overcome my injuries to my neck. He was very patient and that’s a very rare quality in a physiotherapist.

The entire team at the clinic is very friendly and attentive. The doctors guide you step by step through your recovery, and if you need a physiotherapist who speaks Spanish, this is the right place.

Staff are friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They have a variety of different treatments available and is individualized. They are very flexible with treatment options based on your symptoms. They were the major reason I was able to bounce back from knee surgeries and be able to return to work.

I have seen Yhoamy for massage therapy a few times now for chronic back, hip, neck, shoulder and rotator cuff injuries. She is a very good therapist with great techniques. I have less pain and more mobility and it has decreased the frequency for physio therapy. I will definately continue massage with her and recommend her to anyone in need. I have also been receiving physio therapy with Joseph for quite a while. He has helped immensely with my chronic injuries. I can't thank him enough for how well I am doing now. On occasion, I have seen other therapist that were great as well and their support staff are friendly and compassionate.

I see Yhoamy at Victoria Trail Physiotherapy. She has helped me many times with my chronic back, shoulder, and neck pain. She is an amazing Massage Therapist! She is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and her techniques are unique and effective.

I have never written a negtive review in my life and treat service people as best as humanly possible. However, this feels like something i have to do. This place terrible, unsanitry and has rude staff. Here is the worst of what I exprienced; 1. I went in twice and noticed that the sheets were stainrd both times. ( worse the second time). 2. Massage therapist opened the door with out knocking on both days. I was still undressing the first time. I was more prepared second time. No apology. 3. I asked for a towel to cover the stained sheets. Massage therapist said "Towells are the same." And "if it is like that it is like that because i don't clean this place." Towels were indeed dirty too. (See attached picture) 4. Clearly, she was upset at my comment even though is spoke to her as kindly and as politley as I could. She started with a one-hand no effort massage even though her massage was great on first day. I asked if she could go deeper and she switched to litterally pushing her fist through my body in such a brutal way. I stopped the massage. 5. Manager was dissmissive and didn't want to hear about my exprience. She told to "go somewhere else if i didn't like the exprience." She also argued that oil stains and brown is hard to get out and it is not their fault because they don't use harsh chemicals. I plan on calling the owner on Monday and even Alberta health services if i have to.

I have been coming to this place for over 2 years now and unfortunately today was my last treatment due to the 2 year limit with insurance. How ever all the staff I have dealt with here is super kind and caring. They always want to help and are always checking up to see if you're okay. I unfortunately am not fully healed to no fault on there part how ever as soon as I get my other surgery I'm waiting for i will come back to this clinic. Thank you to all the staff of Victoria trail physiotherapy I will be coming back for any other problems and or just to visit

My husband and I have been going to this clinic for almost 4 months now at 3 days a week, and we're more than happy with everything they've done so far to treat our injuries. The front end staff are very kind and professional, as well as the staff in the back that have treated us this far. They explain our injuries by showing us on a screen or from the posters they have posted and have so much knowledge with different areas of injury. We started with acupuncture treatments a month ago and are seeing improvements. We would definitely recommend this physiotherapy clinic to our friends and family and strangers alike. I'm so glad I didn't let the bad reviews change my mind about trying them out. Sometimes people are just so hard to please and they leave bad reviews out of spite. Try them out! Give them a chance to show you what they can do to help with your recovery. You won't be disappointed! Happy healing.

I have read some of the other reviews and I guess each individual sees things differently, I have been going to Victoria now for over 3 years for a few different issues along the way. they are very professional and they show you what you can be doing at home to better yourself as well. I like that they show my an exercise and then walk away and not always standing beside me, I do see they are keeping an eye out. Insurance is what it is, but they checked first with AHS and found that some sessions where covered so saved me from using my own health insurance. Overall I enjoy (well as enjoyable as physio can be) Allan does great work and very friendly and Arun was very professional along with the rest of the staff
