“Price is good and it’s very clean here. Sofia is amazing with massages. They would also change the masseuse if you’re not happy however I have booked several times with Sofia who has been amazing. Highly recommend this place.”

“The massage was decent. The person at the reception was nice and helped book easily in advance. When I had an issue, the management helped and was accomodating and addressed my problem. If you don't like the person assigned to you for the massage, you can ask for someone else, which a good point.”

“I am a regular customer here and today, my wife and I had an appointment from 6 to 8pm booked with Grace over the phone around 3pm. We arrived at 5-55pm and waited for 15 minutes and NO ONE came to attend to us. That’s a horrible and disgusting service. Never coming back again. 😡”

“The massage itself was relaxing and well done, but the overall experience felt disappointing. The staff seemed more focused on tips than building a good customer connection. Every time I tried to have a conversation, they bluntly asked for a tip, which really spoiled the vibe despite the quality of the massage.”

“I asked for medium massage with low pressure on joints but I received a very light, barely touching massage. It might be the poor communication due to the attendant wIth very limited English proficiency. The hot stone part was a little better. The room itself badly needs a coat of paint, the massage table did not look that clean, there was a pretty strong garlicky aroma coming from the attendant 😕. The shower after was good but the drainage was plugged so I ended up in a big pool por dirty water. Was not given a payment receipt from the receptionist.”

“Front Desk: very nice and welcoming. Allowed for add on for stones Massage: the therapist spoke very little English. The massage itself was okay, not good or great. Professionalism: none existent. No consult, no wrapping technique, and no PRIVACY. She stormed in while I was changing 3 times. Then didn’t securely wrap me.”
