“I recently switched to this dental clinic, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The location is very convenient, and unlike my previous dentist, who was booking appointments months in advance, this clinic was able to schedule me within a week. When I needed an emergency appointment, they saw me the very same day. The office staff deserve special recognition as well. They are professional, friendly, and always easy to reach. I particularly appreciate how they respect my communication preferences. Because of the nature of my work, I am often unable to answer phone calls, and when I ask them to text instead, they do exactly that. Their appointment reminders are helpful without being excessive or intrusive. I am probably a very challenging patient because I have extremely sensitive teeth due to jaw surgery I underwent a few years ago. Dental cleanings, which may be routine for most people, are honestly one of my biggest fears. Dr. Bondari was incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. She immediately put me at ease and gave me the confidence to get through the appointment comfortably. What impressed me even more was that during the same visit, she was able to address a few additional issues, including repairing a chipped tooth and reattaching my retainer. At my previous clinic, these would likely have required multiple separate appointments. The level of care, efficiency, and compassion I received exceeded my expectations.
