“They play russian roulette with walk ins. I asked them about a nuisance tooth that i need looking after and they told me to show up and take my chances of getting help that day. “Hands down the best dental clinic on the island, everyone is so kind and respectful. The dentists and hygienists always make the experience very relaxing with their clear communication and honest/understanding approach and the receptionists are always so welcoming and friendly, not to mention amazing at explaining things without any of the doctor lingo. I've never felt more respected as a client than I do at Cool Aid, everyone is so passionate about what they do and so incredible at doing it. I can never say enough about how amazing this dental clinic is, I recommend them to everyone I know.”Read moreShow less

“I waited two years for an appointment for denture impressions. A year on the imagination wait list. I decided to call to see how much longer?. Apparently I wasn’t on the list. I was eventually called. Made an appointment. Came in & we used my $5000 dollar dentures for the mold?. They snapped & broke. I pre paid the $450 cash 💰 & a $50 donation. Never got a receipt for my cash 💰 payment. He tried to fix my teeth. They lasted a day. I went back the next day. A 2 hr drive one way. They had my medical # & obviously 🙄 didn’t do their due diligence?. I didn’t have government portion coverage until March 13/24. I asked for the receipt of my deposit @ that time. She printed it off dated for a week after received ?. I suggested the accountant wouldn’t appreciate that. She said whatever?. I have since left several messages requesting the denturist private practice # to try & get him to fix my teeth 🦷. Been gumming it for 2 months. They told me I would need to go back on the wait list?. As the walk in ppl are a priority. They also told me I was untitled to a one time free pair fully covered if I said they were lost or stolen. I don’t lie cheat or steal. I have since had my teeth properly repaired for a $120. I gave that office a $30 tip . As they fixed my teeth immediately. I was delighted. Unfortunately they are ignoring my phone calls. They have $450 dollars of my money 💰 I doubt I will ever get that back. They said they would just leave it on my account as a credit. That’s nice getting interest on my money 💰. Most ppl on pwd or limited income?. Obviously are starving to death 💀. Shame on this company for assuming it’s okay to keep ppls money 💰 while not caring if they get new teeth little own caring about my teeth they broke. I handled the situation incredibly well. Concidering with all due respect I have Crohn’s disease 🦠 & extremely strict diet. I am a survivor of streptococcal bacteria 🦠 infection in my jaw from a previous bad experience. I am a germ 🦠 a phobia. This environment is a high risk atmosphere @ the very least. I thought 💭 I’d give them a try?. Thinking 🤔 if I can teeth for $900 versus $5000 ?. Then I could give another donation. Plz remember ppl none profit organization?. Are still paid staff . Unfortunately they have ghosted 👻 me now cause they don’t want to cough up my money 💰. Appalling behaviour. Perhaps they think I will just walk away from my deposit & just donate it?. Not likely I want my dame money 💰 back. To put towards my new teeth I am getting made @ the place who fixed my teeth cool aid society broke. They are willing to start the impression prior to approval date. Obviously 🙄 they take a bit of time to make. Therefore they can put in the for the billing @ the time of approval date. I am extremely disappointed in cool aid having zero empathy & compassion. I have left several messages with zero response. They ask for $450 deposit & $450 on pick up date?. They have my deposit obviously not getting my teeth done here . Not getting my money back either. Great establishment. Do this a 100 times a month?. $45.000 a month that’s a pretty good side kick income. These ppl are incredibly nice while they take your money 💰?. Zero communication trying to get you’re money back!!!. Good 👍 luck folks. Wear a hazmat suit gloves 🧤 mask 😷 & your own alcohol hand sanitizer. Zero door knobs or elevators being cleaned. Petri dish. Mersa streptococcus viral & bacterial infections KILL ppl !!!!. Duh 🙄 obviously zero intelligent staff working here. Caution ⛔️ death 💀 trap ahead. Stay safe ppl . “Made an appointment, day came no one to do tooth. I work Graveyard they called I was sick anyways. They rebooked my appointment didn't tell now I'm waiting 2 more months in PAIN!! And the receptionist on the phone says she helping me?? That's how they treat front line workers? The reception was totally rude, uncaring and I found extremely unprofessional. I work at the hospital and seen not 1 ounce of compassion from the receptionist. Makes one wonder why you have a job where your suppose to care and can't seem to show any type kindness or any trace of compassion for a fellow human being!”Read moreShow less

“Worst dentist ever!!! Progression of new denture flipper work took 5 months!! 5th dentist visit and didn't get job done. Lots of miscommunication. Dentist lack professionalism. Obviously they doesn't care about customer.”
