“I have been going to this clinic for almost a year and Joanne. The front desk is always cheerful and happy to see clients come in and get help. They also text message me (Dah) for reminders when I know my condition makes it difficult to make it in so I don’t face a cancellation fee. Radha understands the how to relieve the pain when I explained to her different things that are affecting me. Sometimes I don’t even need to tell her where it hurts because I don’t even understand myself. When you have back pain and then it transfers into leg pain, and your neck, shoulders, arms, and feet….. she listens attentively and gets you back on your feet literally. I am grateful for them all! I always say when I leave the clinic thank you everybody there are angels for making less their career choice to help people and they really do care. Anyone who’s ever been in a motor vehicle accident knows that you start to feel isolated, depressed, and it’s hard to be patient for the results to get better. Every visit with this team makes you feel better! They listen, understand and most importantly, have compassion and care❤️ I highly recommend this team for anybody in the area of Whyte Ave, Argyll, or Otwell…. Or anybody else. Thank you guys!!! 😁”

“Had an excellent time with Radha. She helped me work through ankle sprain recovery. Step wise training and exercises and resources to help me be consistent with my recovery. Something new week over week. She always answered my questions and kept me informed of the plans and next steps. The ladies at the front desk, Joanne and Janet were always friendly and extremely helpful. A pleasure calling them every time and greeted with a warm smile. Would go back again for any physio needs”

“Radha is excellent. I have been to a few different physiotherapists before, and had very little if any results. It really goes to show that not all physio is the same. Radha is welcoming, knowledgeable, supportive, and incredibly talented. She has substantially improved the concerns I came to her with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend that anyone go see her. Joanne and Jannat at the front desk are super helpful, and very lovely to deal with.”

“Great physiotherapy (pelvic, neck, injured/torn muscles). Therapists take time with you (no just putting you on a machine and leaving unless you agree at the end of a good sesssion). Front desk is great at handling tough insurance situations. I have been to other places for the same issues and Vertex has been the only one good enough to keep my business, especially with chronic pain and complex issues.”
