“I’ve had great experiences here with my laser hair removal treatments, and a big part of that was my technician, Bahar. She is professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process for my first experience. “The consultation was very thorough, and they recommended the treatment that best suited my skin. I had microneedling done, and while there was some peeling afterward, my skin started glowing once the recovery period was over. I'm very happy with the results! ✨”

“STAY AWAY from this clinic, My experience with Venus Skin Clinic in Vancouver was honestly one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had with any business. I would strongly recommend that people stay far away from this place. The owner, Bahareh, was extremely unprofessional and the entire clinic felt poorly run. The service was terrible, uncomfortable, and nowhere near the standard you would expect from a professional skincare clinic. The environment and communication were both completely unprofessional. What shocked me the most was what happened afterward. They somehow used my personal phone number to contact me directly, sending messages and voice notes that were completely inappropriate and unacceptable for any professional business. I have never experienced anything like this from a clinic before. It felt invasive and extremely uncomfortable. A legitimate medical or cosmetic clinic should respect client boundaries and maintain professionalism. Unfortunately, this place does neither. There are many reputable clinics in Vancouver — this is not one of them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually treats clients with professionalism and respect.”Read moreShow less
