I saw Anne-Marrie a couple of times and she was great and all but failed to email me the exercise she wanted me to do twice. I have contacted the clinic to ask and the receptionist was not nice about it and I never got any of the exercise for a session I paid for. It lead me to look elsewhere for a physiotherapist and it sucks.

Dean Watson helped me through my recovery and healing like I didn’t think would be possible. Thank you to him and venture

Anne-Marie is the best physiotherapist that I have seen. She is knowledgeable and so adorable! She helped and is still helping me with some issues that I have after my pregnancy. Plus, the price is so affordable compared to other clinics. They don't do direct billing, but believe me, it is worth it! I strongly recommend her, and the clinic receptionists are also so friendly and happy to help.

A big shout out to Dr Anne-Marie Graham and Dr. Maltman. I have always been a big fan of physiotherapy for my chronic back issues. With Dr. Graham, I felt listened to and thoroughly assessed. When she suggested steroid injections to help the areas that were chronically inflamed, I was sent to Dr. Maltman. He was very patient in explaining the procedure, pinpointing the affected sites and explaining what to expect afterwards. I walked out of the procedure on a cloud, I had forgotten what it was like to not have my back in spasms. I realize that in order to maintain this comfort and mobility, I need to continue doing my exercises, but at least now I can get through them with minimal discomfort. So thankful I found you guys.

Where do I begin?? Well was a client here and it didn't go to good for me as my therapist injured me and lied to protect his job. The governing committee who issues licensing to therapists also are liars and bought by the owners so no issues arise or problems are reported. Now I have to have surgery due to therapist negligence and improper training. Do yourself a favor stay away from anything associated with Bourassa and Associates clinics!! Don't say I didn't warn you.

I have been a client for more than 25 years and have been fortunate enough to be treated by Anne-Marie throughout. She is incredibly knowledgeable, creative, flexible, and compassionate regarding the various ailments I have experienced. I would recommend Venture Rehab to anyone as each person there has a very similar philosophy, not to mention the willingness to work as a team and consult with each other whenever possible.

I saw 5 different physios at this clinic over 2 years and none of them could figure out my chronic pain. They did all sorts of wild treatments on me including dry needling, injections, and nitroglycerin patches. Nothing worked and I spent hundreds of hours and dollars travelling and doing treatments. The last time I saw Bourassa I was basically told I was hopeless and would just have to live in pain. I went to a different clinic and within one session he had pinpointed where the problem was coming from and had a plan to treat it. Within 2 months my pain was almost gone and after 6 months I can walk normally and can manage any flare ups I have. It was a simple cure. I am beyond heart broken for the years I lost and the pain I endured without any hope, when all this time the most simple stretches and ice are all it took to walk pain free again. I encourage anyone looking for a physiotherapist to look elsewhere.

I saw Tyler for 3-4 years due to a work accident. I honestly do not know how I would have managed my injury without Tyler and their team. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring to his clients. Richard also was a big help in my recovery. If you want to be treated right and get the help you need, this is the place to go to.

I have had the misfortune of dealing with many physiotherapists, so I have some experience in this regard. Richard is the best physiotherapist i've been to; he helped me diagnose my shoulder injury, something that 3 previous therapists were unable to do. He is also a very realistic person and won't promise miracles, however he will give the best options available (for your health, not his wallet) based on his great deal of quality experience and knowledge. He works alongside many great surgeons as well if that is something you require. He also understands that money is not infinite, so he will not provide you with therapy that is not necessary; this is something i really appreciated. I saw another review complaining about his lateness, and its true, sometimes he is late. He is simply a busy person and so I am willing to wait a few extra minutes, as should most, because I know at that least when I do get seen it will be by someone with tons experience and a genuine concern for his patients.

I have been a client for 10 yrs plus. Chronic pain from degenerative disc in lower back. Over the last four yrs it has begun to affect my foot and now both knees. The pain is debilitating at times. Linda James has been a life saver, and her genuine care and concern for my well being is greatly appreciated. She introduced me to Dr Opdahl, who is also part of the clinic, and he works with chronic pain patients. He provides relief with cortisone injections, and his bedside manner is pleasant , caring and kind, unlike any interaction with any other medical doctor. The industry should take some lessons from him, and maybe we would all be in a better place! Chronic pain is real and is a disease, and the medical profession needs to realize this. I will never be cured, but the relief they provide has helped me in my day to day life. Thank you!
