“My handful of massages here were okay - decently relaxing, but I didn't note any major improvements in my symptoms. The masseuse was also quite talkative throughout my numerous massage appointments, which, for an introvert who was there for a quiet, relaxing massage, took something away from the experience for me. I wish I had spoken up about this and I take ownership of that. The straw that broke the camel's back was today when the receptionist, who leaves something to be desired in the compassion and customer support departments in my opinion, informed me that I would be charged for my missed appointment today, the only appointment I've missed, despite presenting a number of personal issues that explained the lapse in remembering the appointment, including that it was my son's high school graduation today and that I received no text message reminders, which I rely on for these appointments as well as others (dentist, for example). The curt (in my opinion) receptionist told me it was my responsibility to remember my appointments after I explained that none of the text message reminders she supposedly sent me had come through (had I received the reminders as had been the case with all my previous appointments, I would have contacted them in advance to let them know I couldn't make it, due to my son's graduation). I was laid off from my job in the past two weeks, due to work shortage, which I also explained to the receptionist, but that didn't change anything. They said they would do me a favour and only charge me $60 for the missed appointment (which would have otherwise been covered by my benefits, which are still active for a short while). I understand that on paper, my not having the appointment in my calendar was of my doing and I take ownership of that. However, the lack of compassion and understanding of my full situation (some details I cannot share here, due to privacy) demonstrated by the receptionist and masseuse was extremely off-putting, especially since I had no history of missed appointments with this business and especially since I fixed the cordless phone system for one of the receptionists in the office as a courtesy during one appointment. However, it really seems like charging me the $60 for missing the appointment was more important to this office than showing some empathy and understanding of my family's difficult situation and creating a loyal customer. I informed the rude (in my opinion) receptionist that I would not be returning to this office. Time to take customer service more seriously and understand that people need compassion, especially from providers that are supposed to be in the business of reducing suffering.”Read moreShow less

“Dr Clark is an amazing Chiropractor and makes the appointment a lot more enjoyable with his funny jokes and stories. Great sense of humour.”

“I have been going here for couple.of years. Today I forgot a mask for the first time in 2 years, and receptionist asked me to buy a usual 10cent disposable mask for 2.5$. What gold mine do they source their masks from? Reception staff was rude in general before as well but still tolerable. Today was just the last straw. I am seriously considering changing my chiropractor because of the reception staff. It is a pity that Dr Clark will lose many patients because of reception's incompetence and inability to understand client loyalty.”Read moreShow less

“I cant rate the the chiropractor as I had to cxl my appointment with the receptionist. I didn't think much of the other reviews saying that the receptionist is rude but now I know what they meant. She pointed with her finger towards the door to go outside while she was on the phone. It must be a farming establishment where they raise cattle's.”Read moreShow less

“Have been seeing Ian for a few years now, and I am very appreciative of his work. He sincerely helps and cares and has a tremendous amount of skill. I work over twelve hours a day physical labour and this takes a toll on your body and Ian is able to help every time. He is consistent and is hardworking he will always ask if there is an area of focus, than goes above and beyond to help you. I am grateful for his massages they keep me going. I'm glad I found him. You'll get great service here.”Read moreShow less

“Ive been a patient of Dr Clark’s for over 25 years despite having moved away from Chilliwack. He’s a true magician who’s skills run far beyond chiropractic; on behalf of his community I sure hope he trains a protege!”
