“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A hidden gem in Milton — completely changed how I approach my health I've been to chiropractors, physios, and the usual walk-in spots over the years, but nothing comes close to the care I've received at Vedalift. From the moment I walked in, it felt different — calm, welcoming, and genuinely focused on healing rather than just rushing you through an appointment. I originally booked a Registered Massage Therapy session for some chronic neck and shoulder tension that had been bothering me for months. The practitioner took the time to actually listen — asked thoughtful questions about my lifestyle, posture, and stress levels before laying a hand on me. The treatment itself was incredible, but what really stood out was the personalized plan they put together combining massage, a few acupuncture sessions, and a custom herbal tea blend. Within a few weeks, the pain I'd been carrying around for nearly a year was almost completely gone. “I had an appointment for 5:30 for acupuncture and called to cancel it at 8am due to an important meeting I had forgotten about. I called to reschedule and explained how burnt out and overwhelmed I was and was told unless I was in the hospital in the emergency I would have to pay $85 for a "short notice" cancellation. I explained that ai had an event at my school which I was responsible for and left work at 9pm. No empathy, no kindness. Just rude and disrespectful! “I found this amazing clinic over 7 years ago recommended by a friend. I have received osteopath, chiropractor and herbal services all of which have been amazing. Most recently seen by Patricia who is so specialized in what she does. She is so amazing and truly cares about each and every individual she meets. She takes the time to completely get all the history from each client to fully understand thier health and thier health struggles. Her teas are amazing and tinctures all work wonders. “Such an amazing clinic with brilliant team. They are the best in town. Highly recommend Dr Wendy Smith for both chiropractic and acupuncture treatments. After a routine massage, I became non functional and was experiencing extreme dizziness and nausea. I called Vedalift to see if I can get an appointment and they took me in right away. Dr Wendy Smith was able to pin point the issue and worked on my neck and within 15 mins I felt 90% better. From not being able to get up, I am now writing this review to let everyone know how absolutely amazing Dr Smith is and how accommodating and professional the whole team at Vedalift is.
