A parent or legal guardian must attend the first session. Consent is required from all parents or guardians with decision-making authority when parents are separated or divorced. Consent from one parent is sufficient when parents are married. Court documentation is required if one parent has sole custody or sole decision-making authority. Children under the age of 10 must have a parent remain onsite.
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Each client is granted one complimentary late cancellation or missed appointment. After this, late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a fee.
Please confirm coverage with your insurance provider prior to booking. Vault Psychology does not verify benefits or guarantee reimbursement. Please note that sessions with Masters in Counselling Students are not eligible for direct billing or insurance reimbursement. If you have questions about coverage, we encourage you to contact us before booking.
