“I am not sure why there are poor reviews but I have received nothing but absolute amazing care from all levels of the staff at the OSI. From the receptionists to my psychiatrist, I have experienced amazing compassion and empathy. I would absolutely recommend the BC OSI Clinic. They have saved my life!!!!”

“I think they were WONDERFUL to me. The nurse practitioner who did my phone assessment was so warm and caring. They sent a psychiatrist to see me (I live on Van Island) for my assessment and he was a top notch great Dr. So helpful to me I cant even put it into words!!! I can only speak of my experience but they were very very caring towards me and moved quickly to help me during my suffering. Thank you. :)”

“Horrible. Get counseling on your own. Extremely unprofessional. Social workers for counseling of significant psychological injuries is a real disservice to the veteran/police community. Social worker lied to cover her own incompetence. Clinic head doesn't care. Truly a joke. Run!”
