“Went to the CBT Centre in 2023. Terrible experience, avoid. Anxiety inducing waitlist system: they couldn't tell you how long a wait it would be, and they would call people randomly whenever a spot opens up on a first come first served basis. If you missed the call, you likely missed your chance. Seriously why would you make this the waitlist system for people who are seeking treatment for anxiety??!! After a couple of months and a random phone call later I finally saw a Dr. (I won't name), and it was a waste of 2-3 appointments. Spent those session describing my issues and by the time we discussed solutions it felt like the Dr. was out of their depth.”Read moreShow less

“I was a client of Mark's a couple of years ago. Though I knew that Mark Antczak was and is an excellent clinician, it was only after seeking therapy for non-sleep related challenges elsewhere that I realized how much of a standout Mark is in this field. On top of having an expertise and mastery for what I came to Mark for, Mark also radiates warmth, kindness, and compassion. I recently read a study that the best predictor of client success within counselling isn't the therapeutic method employed, but the connection the client has with the RCC. “Been waiting 8 months to see someone, which is absolutely ridiculous. Along with zero communication and helpfulness from reception. My point is with a waitlist this long, why bother with accepting new clients? If you need help, go elsewhere.”
