“I am so glad I took a chance and went here. Changing doctors is a little iffy sometimes but this was a great change. They took the time and had the knowledge to find the right prescription for me even though it wasn't straight forward. “I never thought I'd be able to successfully put in contact lenses, but I'm super happy I booked an appointment with them today!!!!!! I'd previously tried a contact lens fitting session at Costco years ago, but left in tears and feeling like there'd be no point ever trying again. But with upcoming scuba lessons, I wanted to try again. Dr. Jessica Melville and other staff were super patient, helpful and friendly. They gave me different techniques to try, taught me how my eye size could make it more difficult, and Dr. Melville even put the contact lenses in for me first so I could get used to how they felt. I ended up taking 1 hour and 20 minutes to successfully put the contacts in and take them out, but I loved their approach. They had a separate sink and mirror area where they'd leave me for short periods so I could try without the pressure of anyone watching, but they always made sure to check in to see if I wanted more help. “I have an optician in California where I live, but I always come here for a second opinion because the whole team is amazing. I am lucky enough that my company has an office in the same building, but I would travel from far and wide to be assessed, cared for, reassured, and guided by the great team here. Today, not only did I have a great eye test, but they also "fitted" the glasses I purchased elsewhere, and the difference is incredible, which is why I am writing this review.
