“Edit- came back and had a rather abrupt and frankly rude experience. I bought my pass and was about to walk into the bathroom when I heard a very loud and rude sounding “excuse me, you can’t go in to bathroom with wet shoes.” I get it but- be a little nicer with your approach to people- especially someone who was thinking about joining. “I started going to Valley Fitness and working out with Steve Woollard for personal training. I highly recommend hiring Steve! I've never really been a gym girl but after working with Steve I'm confident going to excerise. He's shown me how to use every piece of equipment. I am lifting heavier than I ever thought I could. I've lost weight, gained muscle and am wearing clothes I haven't been able to zip up in 2 years! Give yourself the gift of prioritizing your health. “I'm not a member but I walked in a couple of times recently and really enjoyed this place. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the facility is very clean and well maintained. They have a decent variety of equipment, all of which was in great condition, but lack the space to squeeze much more in and it is a little tight. I thought I would come in early in the morning when it wasn't too busy, but even by 7:30 the place is filling up. Seems to be well used.
