“Valérie Saucier is passionate and excited to help people. She wants what you want, lasting results! No band aids! If you are a chronic pain sufferer in any regard and have tried other forms of therapy, treatments, surgeries, injections of some form or another and multiple medications like I have and have nothing to lose and everything to gain give Posturology a try. As far back as I can remember I have had health problems of some form or another. The list of ailments, medications and surgeries in my 53 years is extensive. I was sick and tired of always being sick and tired and in chronic pain. A few years ago I was sitting in a hospital waiting room for 3 days hooked up to an IV with some virus and witnessed a woman who’s story wasn’t far off from my own die not 10 feet away from me after being given a medication! That was my WAKE UP Peggy, if you don’t do other things to change you won’t be here much longer!!! We had already started to make some lifestyle changes and were in the process of changing out household cleaning products, hygiene products etc. I wasn’t expecting these amazing results from leading a lower toxin free lifestyle. Now it was to find something with lasting results for my spine and hips. When Valérie asked me if I would be interested in something newer to Canada but has been used in Europe for years I said YES tell me about it. Here’s a bit of what it requires. A pair of insoles, barefoot shoes (don’t wait to buy them like I did) the program works better with them and 3-1 minute exercises twice a day. I’m in less pain, have more energy, walking for exercise and after 6 years I’m back to being able to drive. To say I have a new found lease on life is putting it mildly! “Val has such a unique approach to massage. Her techniques work so well, without being in pain throughout the massage. “Val is an incredibly gifted massage therapist. Before seeing Val I had seen a couple other massage therapists, who were fine, but my first massage with Val surpassed every expectation I had! Val understands the connection between stress and the body, and I can literally feel the stress melt away during my monthly massages. I've had a huge reduction in pain and tension since I started seeing her. She's friendly, kind, and makes everyone feel relaxed and comfortable.
