“I have been going to Dr. Valentino for 6 months. I was struggling with persistent back and neck pain and hadn’t been to a chiropractor in 15 years. “I walked out of my Chiropractic appointment in tears. The doctor had a very rude, stand-offish attitude. When I was explaining my prior health history, she interrupted me, saying, "You are rubbing me the wrong way, but continue." She also put me on the spot about canceled appointments, stating that if I couldn't commit, there was no point in continuing. This was despite our family of 3 always giving more than enough notice for appointments we had to reschedule. Her behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We will not be returning, and I hope others have a better experience than I did. The only positive aspect was that she did refund the money for my appointment.”
